This website is just a 'bit of fun' to showcase the many buildings of Frodsham and its beautiful surrounding parklands.
Of course for those of you who have not visited the wonderful world of Frodsham before, then through this site you will discover the sights, sounds and history of our market town.
What is the purpose of Frodsham pictures?
We aim to showcase the many buildings of Frodsham and the beautiful surrounding parklands and uncover some of its history.
When did Frodsham Pictures start?
We started the site in 2004 and back in those early days of broadband when 0.5mb speed was the fastest you could get. We had to keep the pictures to 1024px to match the slow loading speeds. Since then we've upped the resolution to 2K and upped the videos to 4K taking advantage of the improved IPS and VA PC monitor resolutions and faster fibre speeds now available.
Who owns Frodsham pictures?
No-one important. If you met them in the street you'd walk right past them. Frodsham pictures is just a privately owned website for the fun of it. There is no commercial gain from this venture and no free drinks or donations required. It's a kind of project hobby-website.
